Leapfrog Software was incorporated in June 2001 after an extensive marketing and development effort. Having been previously associated with a former company in the high availbility and data protection business, we development an advanced high availbility concept by listening to IT Managers and assessing their needs for immediate system availability.

To fill a void in the market, Leapfrog Software's team developed software modules that support our core failover ISR technology, real-time disk mirroring, file and sector level copy engines, OS-folder-file archiving, network management, scheduling and automatic recovery functionality.

These various utilities form the basics for customized solutions rather than off the shelf solutions to better fit the needs of the customer.  The success of Leapfrog Software stems from this modularized approach without being a software for hire shop.
